Dale Carnegie Training
The Dale Carnegie Course helps people deliver the breakthrough performances that drive success in today’s ever-more competitive – and demanding- world. Put simply, Dale Carnegie Training® equips people to improve results in their personal lives, as well as in the companies where they work. Our training has a two-fold purpose: 1) To develop new attitudes and behaviors. 2) To reinforce new knowledge and skills through practice in real-world situations.
The Dale Carnegie Course enables individuals to move beyond their comfort zone and achieve real performance improvement. Dale Carnegie Training® programs encourage interaction and participation. These programs challenge people to reach their stretch goals so they can achieve their own personal breakthroughs. Learn to strengthen interpersonal relationships, manage stress and handle fast-changing workplace conditions. Be better equipped to perform as a persuasive communicator, problem-solver and focused leader. Develop a take-charge attitude initiated with confidence and enthusiasm. The training emphasizes the principles of success and shows people how to put them into action every day. At the end of this program, participants will have a solid foundation for lifelong professional and personal growth and performance improvement.
Forward Janesville continues to sponsor the Dale Carnegie Course, which is scheduled at different times throughout the year.
