The Forward Janesville Board of Directors Nominating
Committee has submitted its selections to fill five open seats on the Board of
Directors.
Nominated for three-year terms are:
Marion Wozniak, Cedar Crest
Gary Malkus, General Motors
Dave Riemer, Harris Ace Hardware
Todd Duckworth, Minuteman Press
Terri Roessler, United Alloy, Inc.
As provided for in the Forward Janesville bylaws, additional candidates for
Director may be nominated by petition bearing the genuine signatures of at
least 100 Forward Janesville members representing 100 Forward Janesville
member businesses/organizations. The petition must be filed with the
Nominating Committee by February 15th, 2007. Members of the Board of Directors
shall be persons who are themselves members of Forward Janesville or are
employed by firms or corporations who are active members of the corporation.
In the event there are no alternate petitions filed within the designated
period, nominations will close and the nominated slate of candidates will be
declared elected by the Board of Directors at the February Board meeting. In
the event there is an alternate nomination petition filed, a ballot showing
those nominated will be sent to all members in good standing on or before
February 15th, 2007. Returned ballots must be received no later than February
28th, 2007.
