Success Skills Training (SST)
Workforce readiness and promotional readiness are a result of having the necessary skills to work effectively and technically in any work environment. Situational judgment skills may be referred to as “soft skills” but for most employees and leaders they are “essential skills!” If you are currently working or looking for work, earning an SST Certificate means you are committed to making your work and life better.
Attend the 3 Success Skills Training sessions to build your self-confidence, your self-assurance and your ability to work well with others. Session topics include Attitude & Responsibility, Communication & Teamwork, and Problem-Solving & Decision Making. This certificate was developed and endorsed in partnership with the Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, the Blackhawk Human Resource Association, and Forward Janesville.
