2015 MEMBERSHIP MATTERS SURVEY RESULTS
Thank you for participating in our 2015 Membership Matters Campaign. Once a year, our Goodwill Ambassador volunteers are tasked to meet with their respected member businesses one-on-one to share important Forward Janesville community/business news. These meetings allow our Ambassadors to discuss opportunities that allow your business to maximize your membership investment and to learn more about what makes your business successful. We appreciate you taking time to be a voice in our membership community and also to share information that is important to you.
Forward Janesville has reviewed all of the member visit notes and analyzed the returned surveys, and are happy to share some of the results below. Businesses who completed the survey re-emphasized that benefits that are ‘very important’ to their business are: relationships/referrals, community involvement, and business to business networking. When asked what topics would be of interest for future training opportunities, customer service and marketing/PR ranked the highest. Also, 73 percent of our membership found this e-newsletter the best way to stay connected with Forward Janesville, followed by regular communication from the business’s Goodwill Ambassador.
