Join us for dinner, networking, and amazing prizes on September 18 at Prairie Woods Golf Course from 4-6pm. Tickets must be purchased in advance - the deadline to register is September 4.
- Forward Janesville Member: $40 per person
- Non-Member: $60 per person
*Ticket price includes dinner, (1) drink ticket, and opportunity to network with 200+ guests. Additional drinks, Tour Cards, and raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

Registered Golfers - This dinner is already included in your golf fee. No need to register separately.
