Forward Janesville Ambassadors

Who are the Ambassadors?

Forward Janesville’s Ambassadors are a dedicated group of 40+ volunteers who serve as connectors, advocates, and champions for our membership.

You’ll see them at events (look for the volunteers in RED!) creating a welcoming environment, making introductions, and helping members feel connected. Behind the scenes, a coordinated team of Business Liaison Ambassadors also works year-round to stay engaged with members, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships.

Together, this team-based approach ensures a more consistent, connected, and supportive experience for every member.

How does this benefit me and my business?

As a Forward Janesville member, you’re supported by a team of Ambassadors working together to enhance your membership experience.

This approach means you can expect:

  • More consistent communication and outreach
  • Broader connections across the business community
  • Opportunities to share feedback through our Member Engagement Survey
  • Stronger alignment with Forward Janesville programs, events, and resources

Rather than relying on a single point of contact, you have an entire team focused on helping you stay informed, engaged, and connected.

Who can join?

Any Forward Janesville member in good standing can be considered for the Ambassador program.

Ambassadors serve in a variety of roles—including event support and member outreach—and are selected through a conversation with Forward Janesville staff to ensure a strong fit and positive member experience.

When does the group meet?
The Ambassador meetings are scheduled on the third Wednesday of every month at Noon.  Meetings last approximately one hour.
