About our Host:

Advantage Homes has built over 300 homes in the Janesville area over the last 25 years and shares ownership with Amwood Homes. Prior to starting Advantage Homes in 1990, Amwood was in the home building business and built over 1,000 homes many communities in Wisconsin. Today Amwood supplies panelized building component package to builders and has supplied over 20,000 panelized packages to builders since 1973. Both Amwood and Advantage Homes are experienced and professional locally owned companies.

We pride ourselves in having a good subcontractor team and systems in place to provide our customers with an excellent quality built home. By using proven name brand products, we reduce many of the potential service and performance issues and by hiring experience sub-contractors we keep on schedule and on budget.

Please take a look at our photo gallery to see some of the homes we have built in the area. We have over 200 featured plans and also build many custom designed homes. Annual Dinner

Join more than 600 of your fellow business leaders and community champions for the premier business event of the year, featuring networking, dinner and a prominent speaker.

Awards Luncheon

Each spring, we recognize and honor businesses, organizations and individuals that have made a positive impact on our community.

Rock Regional Business Expo

A business favorite from the early 2000s, our business expo returned in 2024 and features more than 70 local businesses showcasing themselves to hundreds of attendees from Rock County and beyond.

Golf Outing

Spend a day with us on the links networking with local businesses, entertaining clients and winning prizes from our members – oh, and playing a little golf, too.

Business After Five

Typically the second Thursday of each month, it’s not surprising to see more than 200 attendees at our monthly networking BA5 events. How many of them you meet and create lasting business relationships with is up to you!

BreakFAST With BMO

Held six times each year, our BreakFAST With BMO events offer presentations on critical topics that affect business and our local community. They are typically held from 7:30-9 a.m. and feature designated time for morning networking before the featured presentation. Recent topics have included cybersecurity, economic outlook, workforce development, aligning your business’ financial goals with your personal financial goals, and more!
