Join the JOIN Janesville Young Professionals for the November 2020 Virtual Lunch & Learn
"Healthy For The Holidays"
Tuesday, November 17, 2020 | 12-1 PM
Ever wonder why kids and families tend to get sick more during the holiday season? Join Dr. Nick Centra as he talks about why this is, as well as giving some practical tips and strategies to keep you and your family healthy through the holidays.
Dr. Nick Centra is owner of Centra Family Chiropractic along with his wife Dr. Tara Centra. They see patients of all ages, however it may come as a surprise to some that roughly 40% of their patients in practice are babies and kids. They approach care from an overall health and wellness perspective, focusing on finding and correcting the root cause of a problem, instead of merely covering up and treating symptoms.
Dr. Nick routinely does workshops for the general public on topics such as health and wellness, with his most popular workshop being the ADHD, Anxiety & Sensory Processing Disorder workshop that he has been doing for the past 3 years.
We will also hear from Michelle Cagney of Eat Street to learn how they are serving Janesville and helping local restaurants during the pandemic.
