We’re excited to share that The Janesville Gazette recently featured Janesville’s first-ever CivicCon event in its local news coverage — underscoring the community’s interest in the conversation ahead.

CivicCon: Making Cities — Design Matters is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 8, from 5-7 p.m. at the Janesville Performing Arts Center. The event will bring residents, business leaders and civic partners together for an open dialogue about how thoughtful design and collaboration can strengthen our community’s future.

In the Gazette article, the coverage emphasizes that this event is part of a new community conversation series designed to engage a broad cross section of Janesville. The focus is on how design, planning and local voice intersect — especially as Janesville works through important topics like housing and land use.
