Adelante Janesville, Forward Janesville's Latino Outreach Program, recently celebrated the successful launch of its newest networking initiative, Salsa Business Network, bringing together professionals, entrepreneurs, employers and community leaders for an evening focused on culture, connection and opportunity.

Held at Bazinga in Janesville, the inaugural event introduced a fresh networking experience designed to foster authentic relationships while creating opportunities for cross-cultural engagement within Rock County's business community.

Attendees represented a diverse mix of industries, backgrounds and experiences, reflecting the core mission of Adelante Janesville: building bridges, strengthening connections and helping create a more inclusive and vibrant business environment throughout the region.

The event featured a welcoming atmosphere that encouraged conversation and collaboration among both Latino and non-Latino professionals.

Adelante Janesville extends its appreciation to Bazinga for hosting the inaugural event and to Wisco Blooms for providing the photo booth experience that added an extra element of fun throughout the evening.

The inaugural event is only the beginning. Additional Salsa Business Network events are already scheduled for July 29, Sept. 30, and Nov. 25, providing continued opportunities for professionals to build relationships, expand their networks, and strengthen connections across cultures and industries.
